dear asshole ref from my little sister’s soccer game last night,
when i am supporting my little sister on her high school team you should mind your own business and not yell at me.
you should think “oh, what a nice girl, here to support her little sister even though it’s balls cold and there are like 3 other families here” you should not tell me my cheering is inappropriate.
inappropriate? really? i think not. did i shout “get your fucking ass in gear?” no! but i could have. i used no swear words, i didn’t even say shit, damn, or hell. i was polite.
ok. maybe not polite.
sure, i was a little boisterous. but please. it was cold and cheering is warming. and i honestly don’t see the problem with yelling for mar to “knock her down! push her over! go go go! atta girl!”
i mean, it’s not like she’s ever punched anyone in the face, or knocked them over. on purpose. she’s not me. she’s far too nice for that.
also, she’s really good at soccer and doesn’t actually need to push anyone down to get around them, i just like encouraging her to, because, lets be honest, she’s really good, but no one is ever going to call that girl killer.
you could argue that i’m helping her be aggressive. she needs that.
i think what really bothered you asshole ref…and honestly, know that i think about it, i’m pretty sure you weren’t a ref, you were just a linesman. hahahaha, you have no authority! ….any way, i’m pretty sure the thing that i said that took it to far was when i encouraged mary to “go! go! go! get it , get it! kick her in the face! kick the goalie in the face!!! ……it’s ok, you can get her next time”
also, i think he was egged on by the parents of the girls on the other team, i was accidentally sitting by them because i didn’t know what the parents on our team looked like.
they didn’t appreciate me yelling at mar to maul their kids.
weird.
anyway. this asshole comes to me and says, “hey, if she does that she’ll get a red card, blah blah blah blah blah people upset blah blah blah blah blah blah, inappropriate cheering blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah bad example blah blah blah blah blah blah”
i kind of tune out when people yell at me. but still. i am a damn good sister.
also, if the jerome parents yelled for their children to hurt our team i would probably laugh, not get offended.
oh! and, if i were you asshole ref/lines man, you should be thanking me for making your job suck less, and for making an excellent windblock. think about that next time your going to bitch at me would you?
